Intelligent Security Systems for industrial surveillance with GSM and Auto Dialer

Helping the world's businesses keep their buildings, employees and customers safe and secure is a fast growing multibillion-dollar industry. Topping the list of building and property owners' security concerns are employee theft, property crime, information security and burglary.

To protect against these and other threats, and increase their business value at the same time, companies worldwide will spend more money on surveillance systems in their industries.

A single security system control environment also reduces complexity, which in and of itself increases security overall. For example, the key security systems in use today are intrusion detection, access control and video surveillance. If each of these systems are purchased and administered separately, training and administration can be a burden to a company or building/property owner. This is because intrusion alarms occur on one system, access badges are administered in a stand-alone database and intelligent digital video technology runs on dedicated computer equipment. Each system requires its own oversight, service, maintenance, administration and training.

Instead all these systems can be integrated into a single unit to avoid all the above said burdens.

Proposed Idea:

In our project we have built a single security system control which has the following sensors. It also includes transfer of information to the user or owner through GSM Technology. 

Glass break Sensor

Glass break sensors detect any breakage and instantly send an alarm if intruders try to enter your building through a window.

Magnetic Door Contact

Magnetic contacts sense when doors are open.

Seismic Vibration Detector

                                       

If anyone tries to break into a vault, a seismic vibration detector will sense it. Advanced circuitry enables a seismic vibration detector to differentiate between real attacks and vibrations caused by service access or normal operation. ATM machines are a bank’s most public asset, and they’re more prone to vandalism or theft attempts than other equipment. If anyone tampers with an ATM or tries to remove it, a seismic vibration detector will sense it.

Intruder Detection with photo sensors:

            With the help of the photo Sensor we can easily identify whether any person has gone into the restricted area and with the help of the Web camera we can able to tap the particular video on to the computer.

Flame:

            In the night times after sensing the sensor outputs we can dial a telephone number. Eg. To indicate a robbery in a bank. Type your question here and then click Search.

The Industrial and control area will be different. So a human vigilance cannot be possible is this circumstances, essentially we must go for auto flame detection system to overcome the above problem and to inform the control room about the status of the flame. Here we use powerful and sensitive "LDR" (Light Dependent Resistor) for the flame detection.  Normally LDR senses all the lights.  But in our case we have to sense only Blue and Yellow flame and reject sunlight and other luminaries.

 We have provided neces­sary circuit to reject ambient and luminaries lightings and senses only desired flame coloring. We are using simple and effective potential divider to find out flame

Temperature detection:

          Thermistor is used to identify the room  temperatures, and alerts the user upon high temperature.

Fire and Life Safety

Fire detection is a baseline safety necessity, but too many banks are still relying on outdated equipment that lacks the effectiveness and reliability a bank needs. We can use a product that project infrared beams to detect smoke, or use sophisticated electronic heat sensors. It also includes programmable detection systems that perform continuous monitoring cycles through your building

Video Surveillance

Video surveillance products Will give is the flexibility to create a security system that fits our needs perfectly.  To Demonstrate, here We have used a Web Camera Connected to a computers USB Port.

We can use this cameras to detect motion, trigger alarms and switch to recording modes during emergencies. The recorded images can be stored  internal hard drives for later processing.
